Shipping, Damages & Returns
Shipping & Damaged Policy
Our coffee beans are roasted in small batches. At this time, we do not roast per order. All coffee at Everybit Caffeinated is roasted with precision and handled in a way to preserve the beans’ freshness from each small batch roast.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible once the order is received. We will use the shipping information you provide. Please ensure it is correct when you place an order: Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost or delayed orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manner.The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our shipping methods are USPS First Class for one bag or coffee and USPS Priority Mail for all other orders. Both average 1-2 business days to anywhere in the continental US, but COVID and/or Post Office-related delays occasionally push that expected time frame up to 5 days or more. Everybit Caffeinated is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we can not guarantee arrival times.
DAMAGES
Everybit Caffeinated is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please do let us know what happened or what order did not arrive via email. Be advised that you will need to contact USPS directly to file any claims. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees will be applied in relations to the total weight and size of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please email us directly if you would like to arrange to pay for freight in order for us to ship our coffee to you outside of the US.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@everybit.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges as a policy. EVERYBIT is a home for coffee enthusiasts looking for exceptional blends and an unmatched taste experience.
