Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states with USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Shipping and handling are calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, and you'll get tracking by email. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Returns
Because coffee is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened or unopened bags. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
